This Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) is aimed to clarify and make users of the Site (shall be also referred hereinafter “you”) to understand if, how and why LiVA Bio Protection Technologies Ltd (hereinafter the “LiVA”) collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use the Site. This Privacy Policy applies to all our features embodied in and/or attached/connected/related to the website https://www.liva.ag (hereinafter the “Site”).
All capitalized terms have their definition in LiVA Terms of Use, unless otherwise noted here.
Use of your Information
To the extent permitted under any applicable law and/or regulatory requirements, LiVA will be entitled to use the information provided to it by users of the Site to safeguard legitimate interests at its sole discretion. In particular, LiVA will use your personal data for the following purposes:

LiVA stores the information it collects for as long as it is necessary for the purpose(s) for which LiVA originally collected it. With LiVA affiliates. LiVA may share information between and among LiVA Group, and any of its parents, affiliates,subsidiaries, and other companies under common control and ownership.

For example: LiVA may use analytics partners to help analyze usage and traffic for our Site. User’s Rights
Users of the Site have the right at any time and free of charge to request information from us about the personal data we have stored about them, as well as about its origin, recipients or categories of recipients to whom this personal data is passed on and the purpose of its storage. LiVA commits itself to this, unless there is a contrary legal obligation on LiVA part. Users also have the right to object to the processing of their personal data by us at any time. LiVA commits itself to this, unless there is a contrary legal obligation on our part. If a user has given the consent to the use of personal data, he may revoke it at any time without giving reasons.
LiVA Global Privacy Practices
LiVA is located in the State of Israel. However, LiVA may transfer Personal Information to other LiVA affiliates located in other jurisdictions and/or third parties located abroad. Personal Information will in such cases only be used and processed according to the intended purpose as defined above and will only be transferred to other states if there is an adequate level of data protection regulation comparable to that in the State of Israel, or if the recipient contractually guarantees to us an equivalent level of protection of the Personal Information.

LiVA may change this Policy from time to time, at its sole discretion.
